Case IH Senior Director of Specialty Business Bill Preller spoke with Rusty Halvorson at 2012 Commodity Classic. Preller discussed the company’s new Advanced Farming Systems (AFS) Connect, a new telematics product.
He says customers will see more support for their investment, as they can manage everything that happens in their vehicle from a remote location. If any issues arise, a tech can take care of the problem remotely. An added benefit says Preller, is that the owner of the equipment is in complete security control of their information and how they share that information. For example, they could give their fuel supplier access to fuel information, but the supplier will not be able to see anything else.
Preller says this additional support will help Case IH customers stay on the leading edge of technology while also minimizing downtime. Listen to hear more of what Preller has to share about this new technology.
