House Ag Committee talks land prices during Farm Bill hearing

The House Ag Committee held a Farm Bill hearing in Illinois today to discuss the formulation of the twenty-twelve Farm Bill.

Chairman Frank Lucas took some time to focus on rising land prices. He asked producers to explain what the drivers are of the rising cost, and Illinois corn and soybean producer David Erickson gave a comprehensive explanation.
