Representative Kristi Noem will speak at South Dakota State University’s Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, May 5 at 10 a.m. Representative Noem will be the graduating senior speaker and will be walking in the commencement with her fellow graduates. Representative Noem formally finished her credits to receive her Bachelor Degree in December 2011. The ceremony will be at Frost Arena in Brookings.
