Closing Market Report- 4/25/22- Corn and Spring Wheat Lead Grains Off Monday’s Lows

The negative spin that occurred early Monday morning can likely be attributed to the plunge in crude oil related to China’s slowing economy, and the fall in world veg oils, as Indonesia will now allow crude palm oil sales following a palm oil export ban instituted Friday. The wheat market was mixed, but new-crop Minneapolis came within three cents of the high.
