Weekly Export Sales- 6/16/22- Marketing Year Low for Old Crop Corn Sales; Pork Sales Solid

On this week’s USDA Weekly Export Sales report, we saw a marketing year low for old crop corn sales with some of the usual buyers in the market. Mexico, Japan and South Korea were the top buyers of old crop corn this past week while new crop sales were ok and featured Mexico, Japan and Colombia as the top three.

Soybean sales were decent for both old and new crop with China the top old crop buyer and unknown destinations the top new crop buyer on the report. Wheat sales were ok as well with the top buyers being Brazil, Mexico and Ecuador. Pork net sales were up 65% from last week and saw Mexico, China and Japan as the top three buyers. Beef net sales were just ok, down 2% from last week, with Japan, China and South Korea as the top buyers.
