Ukraine Grain Export Deal Signed; Deal to Be Implemented In a Few Weeks

On Friday, a United Nations and Turkey brokered deal between Ukraine and Russia to allow grain exports out of Ukraine ports was signed in Istanbul. According to a Reuters report, the deal will be implemented in a few weeks. It remains to be seen if Russia will uphold their end of the bargain and not fire on ships or attack reopened ports as the war intensifies in the region.
