The latest Weekly Export Sales report from USDA showed the second highest net week for soybean sales in the 2022/2023 marketing year to date at just under three million metric tons reported. China stepped in and bought 1.27 MMT on the week. Corn sales for the week were also stronger at 0.959 MMT with Guatemala, Mexico and unknown destinations the top buyers. Wheat was solid as well at 0.469 MMT.
Beef and pork rebounded from last week with beef coming in at 10,900 MT and pork at 14,400 MT. South Korea was the top buyer of beef and Mexico the top buyer of pork.
