(Fargo, ND) — A North Dakota State University research team is measuring the impact of agriculture on the state. Researchers say the agriculture industry makes an over 30-billion dollar contribution to the states economy. Nearly 18-billion of it comes from direct output, and 12-billion is created through goods and services related to the industry. One in five jobs in North Dakota comes from agriculture.
