(Pierre, SD) — South Dakota Searchlight is revealing Governor Noem is an investor of a Minnesota-based ethanol plant partnered with Summit Carbon Solutions. Ed Fischbach, an Aberdeen-area farmer whose land is near the pipeline route, says the disclosures raise questions about Noem’s lack of support for anti-pipeline legislation.
