(Rapid City, SD) — The Central States Fair is taking in livestock affected by the First Thunder Fire. The blaze, burning near Hisega, has left many farmers and ranchers scrambling. It’s threatening land on the west side of Rapid City, closing access roads to cattle. The G-M at the fairgrounds says they can take horses, cattle, and other large livestock if needed.
