(ST. PAUL, MN) — Starting next week, in compliance with USDA, the state of Minnesota will begin to test raw cow milk for bird flu. Since milk gets pasteurized, there is no worry about milk being sold in stores. Since last year, a total of nine cases of bird flu have been found in cows around the state of Minnesota. Health officials would like to remind everyone to avoid drinking raw milk and dairy products that are made from raw milk.
