(Pierre, SD) — South Dakota landowners taking their continued concerns to the State Capitol about the two proposed CO2 pipeline projects. A group will be in Pierre today to speak out against eminent domain and foreign-owned land. Landowner Ed Fishbach hopes to stop both Summit Carbon Solutions and Navigator from building compressed and liquified CO2 pipelines on land without the owner’s consent. But that change is in the hands of Governor Noem. Today’s event will include bipartisan lawmakers and landowners speaking to those attending.
