State Officials: Sale Of Raw Milk Now Legal In North Dakota

(Fargo, ND) — The sale of raw milk is legal in North Dakota. State agriculture officials say the newly enacted law permits the sales of raw milk in liquid form “directly to the end consumer for personal consumption.” Other milk products such as cream, yogurt, and cheese are not covered by the law and remain prohibited.
