Carbon Pipeline Case In North Dakota Supreme Court

(Bismarck, ND) — The North Dakota Supreme Court will soon hear the public survey access case. Summit Carbon Solutions wants to build the pipeline, but the property owner where the pipeline would run through doesn’t want the pipeline running or crews on his land. Howard Malloy lost his case in district court, so he’s appealed to the state Supreme Court which will take up his case today.
