(WASHINGTON D.C.) — According to weekend reports, the Biden Administration is set to approve a petition by eight Midwest governors to sell E-15 gasoline year-round. However, implementation is expected to be after the Presidential election in 2025.
During this week’s National Ethanol Conference in San Diego, USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack seemingly indicated that report was accurate during his speech saying he was “confident” that we would have E15 approved by 2025.
